IMS Managment

After installation we config the basic setting of IMS for example school name, Branch Name, Seection , Clas rooms, Subjects, programges etc

 

1- login in IMS and go to Managmnet

2-  Add School Name with logo and logo size 400KB

Here check in Pic

 

2- If You Branches then add add Branch name and logo

After add  school and   Branch

Now we add the

3-Session Type

Like Annual or semster
 
After That
 

4-You can add Session  Like 2017-2018

 
 
Now we can add Classes
 
 

5- Classes

Like Class 1 Class 2 or First year Medical
but in Class number you can add 1 or 2 or 3 etc
like Class 1 and it number is 1
First year and it number 1
 
 

6- After Classes we add the section like Aor B or Blue or Red etc

 
Here You first select the Class and then add section name
 
 

7- Class Rooms

Here you add the rooms or class rooms name or number which can use in time time table
 

 

8- Now we add subjects for all school or classess

 
a) Give the subject name
b) Give code for subject like for class 1 1001 or 1002 1003 for Math Urdu English
c) select the class and save
 

9- Programe

If you college then BS computer like
 
 

10-Fee Discount Policy

Here you defind discount policy

for Sibling

 

11- Terms

In this you can exam name lime first term  or Mid term or you can add class test with starting and end date
 
 

12 Transport

Here you can add trasport route and Bus or van number and Fair

 

13 Time Slot

Here you add time slot of school , period time etc

 

14-Staff

Here You add school staff  like fee clerk or other staff which can use the this sofware

 

15- User Rights
