What is FieldMark?
FieldMark is field force management software for companies with sales, marketing or service teams working outside the office. Managers use the web admin panel; field staff use the FieldMark Android app on their phones.
Executives check in and out with GPS location, receive tasks and leads on their phone, and log every visit with a photo, notes and map location. While they are checked in, the app sends periodic location updates so managers can see the team on a live map and review route history.
Team leads assign work and follow up on leads through a simple pipeline, and push notifications alert staff to new tasks and follow-ups instantly. Reports show visits, completed tasks, attendance percentage and distance covered per employee, exportable to CSV.

Is there a mobile app for field staff?
Yes. Field executives use the FieldMark Android app (installed as an APK). An iOS build is available on request.
How does GPS attendance work?
When an executive checks in or out, the app records the time, GPS coordinates and address. Working hours are calculated automatically.
Does live tracking drain the battery?
Location is sent periodically (not continuously) and only while the executive is checked in, which keeps battery use low. Battery level is recorded with each update.
Can I see reports per employee?
Yes. Reports show visits, tasks completed, attendance percentage and distance per employee for any date range, with CSV export.
