What is ProdBooks?
ProdBooks is accounting and production management software for embroidery units, stitching units and other job-work manufacturers. It combines a complete accounting system with the job and machine tracking that production businesses need every day.
Each customer order gets a job number with gate pass and recipient details. Daily production is entered per machine and shift — for example stitches on multi-head embroidery machines — and the dashboard warns you when a machine is missing its production entry. Completed jobs are billed directly from their job numbers, or you can raise manual bills.
Behind the production side sits a full set of books: customer, supplier, expenditure, bank-to-bank and adjustment vouchers, partner accounts and drawings, creditors and cash custodians — all feeding an all-transactions report, account closing and profit and loss.

Which machines can I track?
Any machine. You add your machines (for example multi-head embroidery machines) with their number and type, then record production per machine and shift.
Can I bill a customer for several jobs at once?
Yes. You can create a bill for all open jobs of a customer, or bill jobs individually, or raise a manual bill.
Does it include normal accounting as well?
Yes. It includes everything in our Sales & Accounts software — sales, purchases, stock, vouchers, banks and reports — plus the production features.
Can several partners use it?
Yes. Partner accounts track investment, drawings and assets for each partner, and user roles control who can see what.
