Which couriers are supported?
PostEx is integrated for booking, labels and tracking. Other couriers can be added as a customisation.
Does it change anything in my Shopify store?
No. It syncs data from Shopify to manage orders, payments and returns; your storefront keeps working as before.
How does COD reconciliation work?
Delivered orders are grouped into batches with the amount you expect. When the courier pays, you record the received amount and the system shows any discrepancy per batch.
